RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reviewing project specifications, design drawings, & requirements to understand the scope of work.
• Communicate with the clients to understand their requirements.
• Taking prices from the Suppliers as per the client requirement.
• Preparing Quotations as per the client specification / requirement.
• Preparing of Material Submittals as per the client requirement to get approval.
• Preparing of MR & PR based on purchase order.
• Preparing Purchase Order & tracking the material till it reached to destination.
• Design and calculations of the fire protection systems as per client specification / requirement by using relevant industrial codes and standards.
• Communicate with the PE engineer to get approval for design drawings.
