Greet customers as they enter, Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients, Take orders while paying attention to details,

I joined BOOBES GROUP - A big Restaurant Chain as a Senior Runner. I was Acting as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff. Delivering food orders from the kitchen to customer's tables rapidly and accurately. Assisting the wait staff with table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins. Serving welcome drinks upon guest's arrival. Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards. Check in with customers and take additional orders or refill water, as needed. Remove dirty dishes and utensils. Answer guest's questions about ingredients and menu items then Inform restaurant staff about customer's feedback or requests.Then I got PROMOTED TO WAITER, responsible for providing a professional customer service to guests, Greet customers to their tables, Present menu and provide detailed information when asked ( about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies).
