-Supervised over foremen.
-Execution of steel work as per structural drawings.
-Reception/Approval of sub-contractor’s work and hand over to consultant.
-Daily report, pouring log, crush test log, inspection request, inspection request log, steel
orders, concrete orders, bill of quantities, payments and communication with all resident
engineers, sub-contractors, and communication with laboratory, ready mix concrete
companies& building materials companies.
Project: RESIDENTIAL BUILDING (Total Area= 2500m2/Block, Total Concrete Volume= 2000m3/Block)
Description: The project is composed of 2 Residential Blocks (Each has 2 Basements, 3 floors and 1 duplex)
Different heights: from 3m to 3.25m.
Different type of slabs: ribbed slabs, solid slabs& sunken slabs.
Type of shuttering: Rough finish.
Responsibilities:
-Supervised over foremen.
-Checking of steel reinforcement executed as per drawings.
-Checking the walls, columns & slabs shuttering and levels.
-Checking the concrete type and taken samples.
-Architectural and structural Drawings provided to site.
-Finishing works &facades.
Project: RESIDENTIAL BUILDING
Description: The project is composed of 16 residential Blocks (Each 3 basements, 2 floors and 1 duplex)
Responsibilities:
-Take off and steel orders.
-One site visit per month for steel reinforcement consultancy.

• Submitted daily reports and effectively managed communications between resident engineers, Qatar industrial laboratory, and vendors, ensuring smooth information flow and coordination.
