• Determines project specifications by studying project design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
• Manage, Execute and Initiate the site activities as per Plan and scope.

• Represent the NESPAK at the time of inspection by the clients
• Keep the client up to date from site.
• Supervision of site &labor.
• Layout of the structure according to the drawing and site condition.
• Prepare the bar bending schedule for the site.
• Manage the w/c ratio of concrete.
• Prepare the quantities of work.
• Help the client to manage the quantities in measurement book.
• Manage labor pay at the end of the week.
