• Developing marketing call program with a view to soliciting new profitable business relationships and developing existing relationships in my area by making regular calls on clients and potential clients and documenting these communications in call memos for presentation to higher officials.
• Evaluate existing and new Credit Relationships employing sound credit appraisal /techniques in line with the current Bank's policy (Credit and Operations).
• Ensure protection of the Banks assets at all times by closely monitoring the existing account relationship documentation and collateral position and promptly suggesting classification whenever it has deemed necessary and as per the Bank's Credit Policy.
• Ensure obtaining all documents from the customer needed as pre-requisite for the preparation of the Credit Memorandum / Package.
• Ensure obtaining all security/support and other conditions stipulated by the approved CLP before the utilization of the facilities.
• Fully responsible for all the contents of the Credit Memorandum / Package (analysis, market information, business information, pricing of the facilities …etc.) and its related correspondences, based on which the credit judgment and decision taken by the concerned authority level.
• Maintain regular and close follow-up of corporate accounts under my control in regards to account performance, utilization of facilities, market perception concerning the industry or the customer personally.
• Contribute to the profitability of the Bank by achieving lending budget, broken down into monthly targets.
• Training / developing and guidance of the Relationship Officers, Credit Analysts and Administrative Assistants.
• Ensure that the Team Leader kept informed on regular basis of all the matters related to the existing and potential corporate business under my responsibility.
• Other duties as assigned by the respective Team Leader and/or any other member of the Senior Management.
Marketing bank’s products and services through direct and cross selling to achieve branch goals and increase customer base and revenues.
Providing professional & high quality service beyond customer’s expectations and ensuring customer profiles are updated (KYC).
Providing guidance & support for employees reporting to me.
Handling BM responsibilities in case of his absence.
Identify customer’s needs and fulfilling it with proper bank’s products or services.
Handle customers' requests related to their accounts, products & services in a professional manner & serving all customers regardless of segment up to the level of customer’s satisfaction.
Approve various customers’ requests & counter transactions according to authority matrix.
Promote & sell bank products and services to achieve the yearly targets.
Coach & train staff reporting to me to ensure full awareness of Bank’s products, services and P&P.
Support the Branch Manager in putting and achieving plans and carries out any task requested by him.
Handle efficiently custody items, keys as per custodian matrix & relevant P&P
Adhere to Branch Operating Model.
Preparing the monthly balance sheet -Controlling clients accounts -Journal entries
