Oracle forms development for SCT Banner system. Providing training sessions for Banner Advanced modules. Assist in patching issues resulting of the upgrade. Providing IT support for both the faculty and the students and managing the IT resources of the Language building in American University of Sharjah, in addition to providing support for Collage of Arts & Science buildings, 3 building. This includes maintaining the computer labs and assisting the faculty with their online exams. In addition to creating the perfect software image for the computer labs and the instructor machines of CAS class rooms and labs.
• Provided IT support, Training and administrating SirsiDynix Horizon 7.3 Library Automation System. Including Public Access Catalog & Cataloging modules
