-Managing network infrastructure including Cisco PIX, ISA server firewalls, L2-L3 Cisco switches-routers, T1 links and x-DSL connections.

-Investigating, diagnosing and resolve most of network problems.
-Designing, implementing and managing Active Directory and OS services.
-Identify and recommending improvements related to hardware and software issues.
- Manage local area network and server issues and assist to identify all issues in operational processes, recommend strategies for improvements, maintain all computer hardware and software and ensure compliance to requirements.
- Perform troubleshoot on PC systems and perform required maintenance on computer hardware and software, prepare all software packages for operating systems and evaluate all operations and recommend improvements as per requirement.
