Inducted as Project Manager, crafted an exponential growth chart till date and merited promotion as West Region Manager.

Designation Chronology:
• Sept 2005 - Present: West Region Manager.
• Sept 1998 - Sept 2005: Projects Manager.
• Mar 1995 - Sept 1998: Project Manager.

Highlights:
• Assumed total responsibility for the execution of jobs of 185 employees encompassing engineers, foremen, office director, auditors, secretaries, sanitary and electrical technicians, carpenters, steel fixers, masonry fixers, subcontractors, etc... and reported to General Manager.
• Successfully decreased the overhead costs by 2% over a period of 2 years by timely project hand-overs.

Responsibilities as West Region Manager-Sept 2005 - Present:
• Defined project objectives/ plans, including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling, setting performance requirements and assigning field-specialists.
• Analyzed project inception plan and created a schematic layout in view of key quantifiable parameters encompassing - estimation of takeoff costs, reviewing project constructability, project buy-out, scopes of work, sub-contracting requirements, project profitability and scheduling.
• Monitored, managed and directed the assigned project resources to over come “triple constraints”—project scope, time and cost.
• Researched applicable technical logistics for proposed project bids, creating detailed costing and feasibility reports for corresponding projects.
• Organized and evaluated purchase activities, maintained uninterrupted flow of materials - to support production schedules.
• Monitored quality standards and safety measures on the site, and ensured that all operational regulations are adhered to.
• Liaised with master developer and local authorities to obtain necessary permissions. Controlled the project life-cycle pro-actively monitored project schedule to enforce adherence to envisaged time-frames.

• Created stage-wise profit projection reports in consonance with preceding factors. Identified, deputed and delegated responsibilities to a team of core competence managers heading overall operations and technical divisions.
• Oversaw/ analyzed work methods and recommended changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Conducted regular spot check of WIP and finished goods product versus stock cards.
• Managed the day-to-day operational aspects of the project and held total responsibility for overall performance/ delivery of defined scope of work.
