Key Result Areas:
•Sharing in Setting and Executing Financial strategies and policies for achieving the target for Reducing the cost of debt service, Extend the average time to maturity, Increasing the foreign investment in treasuries and reshaping the domestic market yield curve
•Carry out the Treasury auctions of Bills and Bonds for the domestic market.
•Cooperate with the Finance department to ensure the constant funding of the Treasury account.
•Developing the primary Domestic market by introducing new Debt products like Zero coupon Bonds, 2 yrs. bonds and 15 yrs. bonds "Annual Coupon ", to give a wide variety of investment opportunities and attract new investors.
•Developing the primary International Markets, by introducing new debt instruments which attract new investors from different regions like Green-Bonds, Samurai bonds and Sovereign Sukuk.
•Participated in the Egypt's successful inclusion in JP Morgan's index to become one of the only two countries in the Middle East and Africa to join this index.
•Participate and involve in the discussion of Egypt's programs with the international institutions like the IMF and the WB, to set out Egypt's strategies of economic reforms, structural reforms, increasing FDIs and expanding the role of the private sector in the Egyptian economy.
•Establish & maintain relationships with Primary Dealers, Local Corporates, Foreign Clients and investors and evolved business for trading of fixed income and fostering relationships internally with all ministries & CBE.
