Head of Digital Ventures, Marketing & Partnerships: leading multiple functions within Digital Banking including :
• New Digital Bank
• Digital Ventures
• Marketing of Digital Ventures
• Digital Partnerships

Involved in:
• Digital Strategy of New Ventures
• Define Digital Venture strategy: What we want to do / when, how, and where we want to do it
o Managing growth of profitable revenue streams.
o Identifying new business opportunities
o Contemporizing the business value proposition

Responsible of:
• Marketing Strategy & Cross functional go to Market (Planning & Orchestration )
• Ensure all digital business lines meet their demand targets (revenues, transactions, active users, retention)
• Develop the customer segments/ personas based on the customer behaviour
• Provide assessments of the main campaigns and give recommendations on improving the campaigns in the future
• Understand the whole customer journey underline the areas which need improvements
• Leverage market research, industry trends, and a thorough understanding of competition to define digital product strategy
• Exercise strong communication and nurture a culture of contributing, feedback, and product excellence
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through data and otherwise and direct the product agenda based on it
• Identify and implement partnerships and investments/M&A (in collaboration with concerned departments):: Given the criticality of partnerships for fintech companies and the speed of evolution of the fintech ecosystem
• Explore the opportunities; exposure to multiple services including tech, commercial, operations, and marketing
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the KSA fintech and financial services ecosystem to drive Digital venture strategy in the market
• Execute opportunity sizing, profitability assessments, monetization models, and other analyses for new and existing digital businesses in the market
• Lead partnership discussions with potential partners and drive these to ensure momentum
• Monitor and analyze competitor business models and product portfolios, and market trends
• Develop SNB Sandbox with Innovation team
• Lead and develop new value proposition across digital products and services
• Lead and develop digital marketplace
