• Provide technical consults and assist clients to develop and implement food safety and quality
systems and to achieve certification to local and international standards.
• Conducting gap analysis, devise action plans and development documents and manuals
• Provide basic and intermediate food safety and food hygiene training for clients staff.

• Supervising a team of quality technicians; responsible for monitoring and verification of the quality
