Work with the Technology Consultant in identifying and reporting system level
problems to the ITS support organization
Modify demographic and parametric information about cash points in the System
Maintain the forecast performance of each cash point for which they are
responsible to determine how to improve the accuracy of the forecast
Support and provide logistic support on the field
Use global program to enter all data and information about the error and fixing process
Monitoring for Middle East systems
Maintain the System parameters/settings of the cash points
Receiving / sorting and distributing Replenishment orders
Monitoring the execution of the requested replenishments for correct amounts and timing
Investigation in case of discrepancy-claims and follow up until resolved creating and providing standard reports
Proactively seek information needed to improve the accuracy of the forecast
Monitoring multi customers Machines to insure that all machines are working fine
Troubleshoot many fault remotely and assist customer to resolve machine errors
keep tracking of incidents to insure the availability and update all pending activities
influence technical support and keep track of the incident till its recover
communicate with customer by sending feedbacks and follow ups
marketing for the college in ministries and companies and for individual peoples and students for the college programmes and courses
doing surveyes to improve and build our new strategy
participate in exhibitions in all around the country for marketing purpose
Plan and direct advertising and promotional campaigns and strategies.
