Planning and execution of power generation section consists of Diesel Generators located inside and outside plant premises. • Maintained and developed preventative maintenance programs and good working relationship with operations to enforce safety programs and procedures. • Looking after the complete operations and maintenance of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery and Road Header Machine. • Major and Minor overhauling of Diesel Generators and heavy earth moving equipment and Road Header Machine. • To Keep all the Equipment in smooth Running and reduce the Cost incurred on Machine and make all the machines available all the time. • Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis of complex breakdowns. • Inventory management which includes all spares, running items and forecasting of preventive maintenance spares. • Budgeting of OPEX/Revenue and keeping the expense within target. • CAPEX requirements forecasting and utilization of assigned CAPEX in its maximum capacity and effectiveness. • Collaboration with staff in determining company engineering, maintenance and repair priorities. • Following company safety standards and procedures and reporting potentially hazardous conditions. • To avoid any Audit objection(s) both in internal and external audit by following the standard engineering procedures and proper record keeping.

• Implementation of SAFETY at Workplace by following HSE rules and regulations.
• To get complete Knowledge of SAP software and use it in routine for plant and schedule maintenance and to use its different modules required.
• There are no accidents / injuries / damage of equipment in the department and that to follow HSE guidelines of the company.
• To avoid any Audit objection/s both in internal and external audit by maintaining proper record as per ISO requirements
