Nature of work:
Preparing Project Concept Note (PC-I), Project Planning and Development Phase-II (PC-II) & relating documents of proposed/approved/ongoing projects and uploading data at working on schedules / scope of work to make sure that manpower, materials, resources, and funds are used on a timely basis to get optimum benefits.
Planning, Designing, Supervision & ensure to develop and deliver strong quality management system with project / site.
Monitor progress of projects at the various stages, ensure quality management planning inspection with sound technical and operational background and knowledge of construction, designing. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Analyze data of engineering / operations to define optimum methods, proper equipment skills utilization and to establish workload cost standards. Knowledge of byelaws and Building Codes, and health, safety, and environment practices.
