• Current position: Commercial & Distribution Lead (National Sales Manager)
Responsible for the following:
 Commercial function:
1. Leading a team of KAMs responsible for the retail channel market access
(Retail pharmacies & private hospital) in which we are responsible for all company’s products sales as well as the commercial activities (Commercial offers, Seasonal campaigns, New launches)
2. Leading a task force for developing a commercial policy document with the EEMEA region.
3. Many innovative dashboards for Sales & Stock tracking for chain pharmacies.
4. Increasing profitability by discounts & expiry control.
 Distribution function:
1. Leading a distribution team which manage all the transactions between the
Different importers and the Distributers, as well as products allocation between the different branches in order to secure our inventory level.
2. Aligning with both Supply chain & Regulatory teams to ensure our safety stock.
3. Developing many Stock, Sales & Expiry Dashboards for Distributers.
4. Developing Distributers’ KPIs for continuous evaluation and improvements

 People development:
1. Was responsible for a team of 13 members.
2. A clear developmental plan for each one leading to the following:
o Two promotions to a District manager.
o Official two assignments ( Key Account Manager & HR)
o One sales assignment.
o Two candidates were chosen to RTL (Ready To Lead) program.
• Excellent relationship with the KOLs (Diabetes & Cardiology).
• District Manager in Cardiometabolic unit responsible for Alex.
• Started with MSD in Feb. 2013 as a District Manager for Diabetes franchise (Januvia & Janumet)
• Managed to develop JJ MS through the team from 10.4% in Feb.2013 to 15.5% by the end of 2014.
• Increased the gap between JJ and the other DPP4s as well as decreasing the gap with the Sulfonyl urea drugs.
• Managed to be the first in the class and no. 2 in all OAD market.
• Increased hypertension Fr. MS (Cozaar, Hyzaar & Fortzaar) from 7% to 9.2% since last August.
