Product Testing:
Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological tests on raw materials, syrup, treated water, and finished products.

Line Monitoring:
Perform in-line quality checks on active production lines, evaluating Brix, CO₂ levels, fill height, and package integrity.

Compliance & Standards:
Ensure all operations align with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and PepsiCo Operating requirements.

Equipment Calibration:
Regularly calibrate and maintain laboratory testing equipment to guarantee accuracy.

Record Keeping:
Log and track quality data, escalating any non-conformance issues to my supervisors to prevent substandard products from reaching the market.

System Operations:
Operating the Mojonnier proportioning and carbonating system to achieve precise ratios of syrup, water, and CO₂.

Cleaning and Sanitization:
preforming cleaning-in-place (CIP) and sterilizing procedures for the unit's interior and exterior surfaces to meet PepsiCo food safety guidelines.

Calibration & Testing:
Testing on line parameters like carbonation volume, brix (sugar levels), and cooling temperatures in the lab and on the production floor.

Preventive Maintenance:
Performing diagnostic checks, check for faults, and executing scheduled maintenance plans on the cooler to prevent line downtime.

Plant Operations:
Manage the safe start-up, shutdown, and continuous monitoring of RO and water treatment systems according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Quality Control:
Conduct routine testing and analysis of water samples to ensure they meet PepsiCo global product quality and safety standards.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Perform preventative maintenance, including backwashing sand/carbon filters, calibrating laboratory equipment, and executing chemical flushes and membrane replacements.

Documentation:
Maintain daily logs on plant performance parameters, chemical inventories, and waste reporting

Process Control:
Safely operate, monitor, and regulate the ETP.

Quality and Compliance:
Track key wastewater parameters such as pH, TDS, BOD, COD, and turbidity. Ensure all treated effluent complies with NEMA (National Environment Management Authority) regulations and local Kenyan standards.

Testing & Lab Analysis:
Collect samples, conduct routine laboratory analyses, and maintain charts to track plant efficiency.

Equipment Maintenance:
Perform preventive maintenance, backwashing of sand and carbon filters, and maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot faults in pumps, valves, and gauges.

Chemical Management:
Adhere to precise dosing schedules, safely handle chemicals, and manage the inventory for the ETP stores.

Safety & Housekeeping:
Enforce 5S principles, manage hazardous waste in the lab, and report any deviations or hazards to management immediately.
