The Banking Operations structure was the outcome of a 2 years large scale Centralisation program (2009-2010). This program under my supervision reorganized the Operational model of the Bank and all Banking operations were fully centralized.
Director of Projects & Organisation Division. The main activities of the Division:
- Process modelling/improvement in respect with the Societe Generale standards.
- Centralised management of IT systems requirements (Business Analysis team).
- Project Management coordination of all Bank’s projects

The division was in charge of the Geniki Transformation Program to Societe Generale’s Banking Model. A two years (2004-2006) large scale reorganisation Program with more than 60 projects grouped into 9 subprogrammes and 250 persons as project teams.

The Division has been fully reorganised with the establishment of 5 Units (IT automation, Process Modelling, Business Analysis, Internal Consulting, Project Office)
