Overall Responsibilities:
Perform inspection for the installation of Mechanical, Plumbing & Sanitary and Fire
Protection works.
Responsible to witness all required test in accordance with contract & specifications like
smoke test, gravity test and hydraulic pressure test.
Log and post all Mechanical, Plumbing & Sanitary and Fire Protection changes and as
built information on field drawings.
Assist in the scope and justification of Mechanical, Plumbing & Sanitary and Fire
Protection (MPF) change work order.
Direct, Monitor and Control the activities of MPF contractor.
Coordination and Administration of MPF related materials, system and shop drawings
submittals.
Ensures that MPF contractors adheres to Project Safety Regulations.
Review Weekly & Monthly Accomplishment report from all MPF contractors
Evaluate, Review and discuss any issues & concern regarding the Combined Services
Drawing (CSD) with the contractors before sending to consultant (Designer) for
approval.

Overall Responsibilities:
Implements the Testing and Commissioning Plan/Program for each MEPFS trade.
Performs productivity analysis of each item of work covered by every MEPFS
subcontractor during implementation. Results shall be recorded in data bank of each
project as referenced during billing, cost reconciliation and for future projects.
Implements all works based on safety, quality, time and cost program
Review plans, specification, shop drawings in coordination with TSD prior to
procurement and during implementation including generation of RFI’s.
Coordinates/directs MEPFS subcontractors/suppliers for the preparation of product
data/shop drawings.
Reports directly to the Project Manager on all MEPFS concerns at site
Perform other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time
Department : Mechanical/Power house
Overall Responsibilities:
In charge of building and infrastructure modification, repair, rectification and also new
installation on Civil works, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and cleanings.
Ensure that all building equipment, structure, machines and respective contractors
follow safety standards and conforms on the required preventive maintenance
schedules and some ADHOCS jobs as per User’s request and safety need.
Ensure all service reports, fault calls, call-chits are rectify correctly and properly.
Submit price estimate, quotation, Job request, Work proposal, Request Extension of
time, Cost Variation changes and other requirements pertaining to other items need to
rectify.
To guarantee that all equipment, machines and facilities listed below in good running
condition by implementing the weekly, monthly, yearly inspection, Preventive and
Corrective maintenance:
a. Generator Sets.
b. Electrical panels and Breakers.
c. Transformers and switchgear.
d. Air conditioning units and accessories.
e. Hose reel pump, Ejector water pump, Domestic water pumps
and Sprinkler pump.
f. Exhaust Fans, Fresh air fans and Extraction fans.
Provide solutions to the development of processes and products, ranging from small
component designs to extremely large plant and machinery.
Responsible for the operations and maintenance of equipment such as Diesel Gen sets
(Caterpillar and Cummins), Water Cooled Chillers (Mcquay PEH087), Cooling Towers,
AHU’s, PACU, Water treatment, Pump Station (Submersible pumps) Fire Protection and
plumbing works and sanitation.
Project management and supervising and coordinating the work of contractors
Calculating and comparing costs for required materials or services to achieve
maximum value for money
Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily
and following up on any deficiencies
Coordinating and leading one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibilities
Create and analyze designs, run simulations and test how a machines likely to work
and generate specifications for parts
To check all installation drawings and prepare relevant schedule
To monitor and supervise work progression, quality control and ensure that safety
regulation is observed
Leading the team in the most effective way of completing the work in the given time.
Monitoring of HVAC, FF & PL Equipment/Machine as per O&M schedules.

efficiency and operations.

Problem solving through strong analytical skills, understanding of structure problems
and deriving solutions for stakeholders.

Manage, coach and train the Mechanical Technicians.
Support all machinery mechanical installations including preventive as well as
breakdown maintenance in the plant
Generate review and maintain maintenance documentation according to ISO
requirement
To be involved in the maintenance, modification and construction activities to ensure
work are carried timely, safely and with good maintenance practices with no
disruption to plant operations and in compliance with applicable codes, standards and
specifications.
To coordinate with plant operators and other maintenance groups in the execution of
plant maintenance and modifications works with no compromise to safety of workers
and integrity of facilities
To carry out mechanical study and modification of plant facilities according to
technical specification and business requirements
Preventative maintenance on all the equipment in plant as per instruction manufactures
manuals
Troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic faults

Overall Responsibilities:
Operate Production Equipment
Ensures good quality output based on defined parameters and control on-time
delivery of products.
Ensure production downtimes are properly recorded and attended.
Perform minor tool set-up and machine adjustment.
Take lead role in improvement programs like SPC, TPM and 5S.
Reports to manufacturing supervisor and observe line abnormalities, whether it is
machine, process or material.
Escalate problem(s) encountered to manufacturing supervisor.
Assist other engineers (process, maintenance, IE) during evaluations.

Perform regular maintenance of mold, major Troubleshooting, repair, fabrication &
modification of mold parts.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Check, control &update stocks for mold component parts & consumables.
Inspect manual machines regularly.
Troubleshoot & repair mold problem at production line and accomplish the Daily
Production Monitoring Report.
Perform regular maintenance and mold repair.
Fabricate needed jigs and tools for different departments.
Operate machines related to mold repair, maintenance & fabrication of mold parts
and accessories.
Read, analyze &interpret mold/part designs/and its specification prior to mold repair,
fabrication or modification.
Practice machines preventive maintenance regularly.
Record Mold Daily Accomplishment report.
Promotes KAIZEN, 5s & safety practices within section.
