 Working as a sinior Production Engineer in Steel Poles & High Mast Production Factory.
 Effective participation in construction, commissioning, start up and production phases of pole factory (Foundations, machinery selection, installation and mass production state….. etc).
 Responsible for planning, scheduling and supervise production operation to meet production daily yield of 95.2%.
 Supervise & lead production leaders, operators & technicians to meet operation targets.
 Responsible for continuous improvement on production process.
 For any new project, responsible to initiate production control system, planning and train staffs to ensure the smoothness of production.
 Manages productivity and performance projects.
 24 hours standby if production machine break down. Troubleshoots and resolve machinery and utility problems.

 Worked as Production Engineer in steel structure.
 Receiving the order from planning section.
 Loading the machines according to production procedures achieving Zero defect in production.
 Arrangement of production environment (material routing, worker movements passes, industrial safety satisfaction to reduce the wastes of production process, inventory during production process, waiting to next process).
