reports to the Corporate Planning Manager and assists him in all governance initiatives conducted for the Corporate Governance of the Group;
responsible for the governance, executive secretarial duties and administrative matters of the Group's Board and the Boards of all Joint Venture companies of the Group;
also responsible for the governance, executive secretarial duties and administrative matters of the Board's committees and ad-hoc committees;
responsible for drafting the Corporate Governance Manual of the Group; for its review, revisions and needed dissemination to all concerned stakeholders;
reports to the Corporate Planning Manager and assists him in all strategic management initiatives conducted for the Strategic Business Units (SBUs) of the Group;
assists the Corporate Planning Manager in disseminating the Mission, Vision, Goals and Objectives of AlMajdouie Group to all SBUs and its employees; ensuring the alignment of all SBUs including the Strategic Support Units (SSUs) to the Corporate Culture that executive management has adopted and practiced;
assist in monitoring and evaluating of yearly strategic and service plans for all SBUs and SSUs respectively;
assists SBUs and SSUs in implementing their yearly plans through monthly, quarterly and semi-annual performance reviews;
proposes international benchmarks and new Key-Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the different business sectors of the Group;
conducts intensive research on current strategy management concepts and best practices in the international scene and tailor-fit such to the needs of the Group;
consolidates the Monthly Executive Reports of SBUs and SSUs for the office of the Group President and Vice Presidents;
acts as the secretary of the Executive Committees of the Group and Board of all Joint Venture companies of the Group;
does liaison work for the Group President for any matter he wishes to assign
conceptualized, planned and coordinated projects for the Matinloc Foundation, Inc., the corporate foundation of Javlon International, (Phils.) Inc.;
coordinated with the government of Palawan in developmental projects where Javlon Consulting, Inc. can be of assistance i.e. conceptualization, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of proposed and implemented projects;
collaborated with the LGUs of the Mindanao region through Javlon Consulting, Inc. on the conceptualization and proposal of government projects to funding agencies that includes assistance in technical expertise;
assisted the President in all project conceptualization, planning, implementation, review and evaluation;
developed project proposals for partners, clients and other subsidiaries of the company;
coordinated events for the company and its subsidiaries;
