Utilize LEO tool (Logistics Execution Optimizer) in transport planning.
•Determines full goods and containers requirements of the plants and sales warehouses by translating the optimal product movement plans set by Head Office into a set of delivery/shipment plans and schedule.
•Prepares and plans for the haulage and shipping movements of full goods and containers.
•Monitors and controls optimum operation and effective performance and utilization of all hauling units assigned within the area - from identified base to point of destination.
•Responsible in planning and creating a weekly and daily haulage schedule that will meet demand requirements and maximize trip utilization per unit.
•Reviews and validates excess / shortage of trucks as against demand requirement to control cost wastage.
•Monitors actual status of dispatch and assignment of trips, using various ways of communications, to ensure completion of planned haulage schedule.
•Updates and validates any changes as against Daily Haulage Schedule to adjust resources for final planning.
•Monitors truck activity at warehouses to ensure truck turn-around is strictly implemented to optimized resources.
•Set alignment meeting with Logistics operation to address issues and concerns on the processing of both land and inter island transfer and come up with action plans to address root cause and have a contiuous flow in operation.
•Conduct site visit to plants and sales office to assess warehouse conditions and road peculiarities to be considered on the deployment and delivery scheduling for GMA, SOL and NOL region.

•Transportation Management (Airline Scheduling )- lead implementation at Sta. Rosa Plant and key role in replication implemention to other CCBPI plants improved DPE from 53% to 90% generated annual savings Php 9.5 M
•Improvement of Palawan Distribution System - key role in the project (Rate Rationalization- ) generated savings Php 52 M
•VisMin Express Project- key role on project implementation inter-island direct delivery of fullgoods to costumers. improve lead time, fill rate.
• Established inter island shipment monitoring and set measurement for shipping lines kpi and ensure timely delivery of coca-cola products to Visayas and Mindanao Region.
• Impementation of 5 ‘S discipline at Sta. Rosa Complex largest plant of CCBPI- initiated the training and orientation of the discipline to employess across all function.
•MIMARO rate rationalization key role in the implementation of the project. generated annual savings php 9.5 M
•Drop and Hook implementation at Sta. Rosa Complex and Canlubang Plant- key role in the implementation of the project - increase trippage of company owned haulers from 2 trips per day to 4-6 trips per day.
•Best fresh project -One of the author of DOD Policy which set standard lead time product stop point to ensure product freshness and avoid SOTEX and expired products.
