Role description:
•Recruitment: including publishing vacancies interview, assessment, forwarding their assessment results to next phase. Also streaming candidates flow from various sources through coordinating with recurrent agencies after setting the specifications of the candidates
•Handling from hire to retire procedures
•Prepare and maintain HR monthly reports and raise them to the HR management.
•Handling negotiations with service suppliers; such as transportation vehicles and other utilities.
•Receiving, reviewing, preparing, and allocating to employees the documents required for all governmental processes with different authorities such as; labor affairs, traffic department, etc…
•Coordinating and dispatching tasks to the company representatives.
•Maintaining active communication with HR employees and personnel affairs to early-stream information related to work or to alert them to eminent issues that might need to be handled.
•Keeping company employees updated with all new rules and regulations adopted by different government authorities, which saves time and effort of the company.
•Constant follow up with all company employees to answer their inquiries and solve any issues they encounter.
