 Directing vehicles in and out of the premises and ensuring safe parking. .
 Paying proper attention to the customers and giving accurate direction to the visitors.

 Assisting with the loading and unloading of luggage to and from the guest transit.
 Work closely with the concierge team and valet drivers to ensure traffic flow.
 Assisting the guest regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
 Answering telephone inquiries promptly and professionally
 Ensure that all visitors to the hotel registered with the security.
 Managed the assigned areas and conduct regular patrols of the building.
 Interface with the Police, Civil defense and Fire departments on emergencies.
 Supervise and resolve complains in protection of visitors, staffs, and customers.
 CCTV Operator, investigate and follow up on guest and employees item alleged as lost.
 Document all incidents which take place during the shift and report to the security manager.

BARASTI HOTEL: (Doorman 2007-2011)
 Greet new patrons and customers entering and leaving the club.
 Use communication skills, rather than physical force, to interact with aggressive, intoxicated or obnoxious patrons. Help arrange for taxi to pick up guests.
 Help control traffic flow to ensure that people don't wait in line only to be denied admission.
 Assist bouncers and other security staff with crowd control when there is a line of customers waiting to enter the club.
 Ensures that each patron is old enough to legally enter the club by checking each ID’s
 Collect tickets or an admission cover charge.
 Use portable metal detectors to pat down guests as they enter to prevent weapons in the club.

ARIARIA INTERNATIONAL MARKET APARTMENT NIGERIA
