Responsible for Retail Bank expansion programme. Delivered four of the six regional branches in four months, nine of eighteen new ATM’s and one of two new International branches (Qatar). Dealing with Central banks, Regulatory Authorities and third party vendors to tight delivery schedules and strict compliance regimes
Developed and implemented the Investor Portal online web-site and conducted RFP for the Stellant ECM solution to the group. Delivered the ECM strategy and initiated Global Information Surveys for the delivery of the Business Classification Scheme. Awarded Masters Certificate in Enterprise Content Management and successfully completed BIBF course in Islamic Finance.
Working for Steria on a large rollout programme for a confidential UK Government department - Revised test strategy and amended the personnel mix in order to deliver immediate testing benefit
