✓ Coordinates Food Safety Management System requirements across the company’s processes and products realization as directed by Quality & Hygiene Manager.
✓ Maintains high standards of personal hygiene/appearance.
✓ Collaborates with Supply Chain Department in verifying the food safety and quality conformance of raw materials, packaging and finished products as per the company’s approved specifications and standards.
✓ Collaborates with Production Department to meet the required product specifications and consistent compliance to Food Safety and Quality Management System.
✓ Collaborates with Maintenance Department regarding maintenance activities that affects food safety and quality requirements.
✓ Collaborates with the suppliers, service providers, contractors, auditors and legislative body in order to maintain the Food Safety and Quality Management System.
✓ Verifies cleaning effectiveness.
✓ Conducts internal audits. (GHP Audit, GMP Audit)
✓ Participates in supplier, second and third party audits.
✓ Provides Supplier performance trend based on the product quality and audit results.
✓ Handles food safety and quality customer complaints.
✓ Documents raw materials, packaging and finished product specifications, in coordination with Business Development and Production departments.
✓ Maintains, verifies and updates documentation of Food Safety Management System.

✓ Provides trend analysis reports on the effectiveness of the company’s Food Safety Management System and provides recommendation for the company’s continual improvement.
✓ Monitors and follow ups Occupational Health Cards.
✓ Coordinates and follow ups actions agreed upon yearly Management Review Meeting
✓ Verifies control of returned products and recommends action/s (accept or dispose the product).
✓ Coordinates Environmental Services:
- Semi-annual water tank cleaning
- Semi-annual kitchen hood cleaning
- Every 2 months sumpit cleaning
- Weekly grease trap and drain line jetting
✓ Delegates and coordinates action plans for continual improvement of Food Safety Management System.
✓ Merchandiser/ Retail Sales/Customers Service
✓ Responsible for Food, Non-Food (DPH) Beverages, Household, Stationary Section.
✓ Authorized to receive the goods from the supplier in good condition. (using scanner)
✓ Responsible for Ordering all Food, Non-Food, Household Office Supply and Beverages items from suppliers.
✓ Responsible for Personal Hygiene
✓ Guides/Assist the customer for the right products for their needs.
