Directly reported to the Service Manager.
Responsible in segregation of daily invoices and filed it.
Check the necessary signature and attachment in the invoice.
Perform other task to be assign.
Responsible in monitoring and ordering of the stocks
Double check the item to be punch in the POS
Maintain the cleanliness of the product and the shop
Count the money for end of day and write in log book of daily sales
Responsible in depositing the money
Attending the guest complain and follow up their orders.
Check the hygiene of the staff and the cleanliness of the restaurant.
Monitor all the supplies needed in the dining area.
Take orders from the guest if necessary.
Welcoming guest and explain the facilities of the Villa/Hotel.
Check in and receive payment from the guest in/out and also the transportation.
Accepting all room service inquiries and orders from the guest.
Answer incoming calls and customer inquiries.
Prepare necessary documents like visas and ticket that to be sent at Ali Al Saleem base or at the Airport.
Handles purchasing and receiving .
Responsible in preparing weekly and monthly inventory for food cost.
Do the weekly reports .
Handles other duties that maybe assign.
Serving customers and giving good customer service.
Responsible for the replenishment of stocks in the selling area.
Accepting incoming deliveries from the suppliers and warehouse.
Making purchase orders and sent by fax to suppliers.
