1- Performs wet and instrumental analysis (HPLC - UV- Melting point device- Refractive index-Viscometer- Conductmeter- Titroprocessor-pH meter- CarlFischer, Balance-Furnaces- muffles and ovens, Optical rotation device- Centrifuge, Ion selective electrodes- Dissolution tester- Friability tester)of raw materials, in-process and finished products.
2- Performs physical testing and chemical analysis of cosmetics packaging material.
3- Prepares and standardizes volumetric solutions, reagents and indicators.
4- Calibrates instruments according to work instructions to ensure compliance to
standards.
5- Validates the assay methods of finished products to ensure products
compliance to standards.
6- Participate as qualified analyst in ISO 17025.
7- Participate in international proficiency test.
Job Responsibilities:-
1-Daily collection of samples from the production area.
2-Daily analysis of the collected samples using different analytical techniques “Classical & Instrumental analysis as 1-pH meter
2-chromatograph(HPLC)
3- Microscope
4- spectrophotometer
Responsible for taking samples from patients and analyzing it .
