Head Office Initiatives:
I began at the head office, where I pioneered in project mobilization and demobilization, raising action sheets for employee status changes and validating per diems.
My role evolved to encompass full-cycle recruitment across multiple projects and departments, where I sourced, evaluated, and onboarded top talent, ensuring Petrofac's workforce remained robust and aligned with project goals.
On-Site Excellence:
My transition to on-site/project roles led me to the Sohar Refinery Improvement Project, a joint venture with Daliem in Oman. Here, I skillfully negotiated contracts with hotels, secured accommodations, negotiated with landlords, and facilitated logistics, including catering and vehicle rentals, for seamless project operations.
As part of project management, I supervised mobilization, demobilization, and all staffing matters, while also managing timesheets, payroll, onboarding, inductions, leave, travel, terminations, exit interviews, and site clearances.
I provided essential support in performance management, including scorecards, appraisals, and demobilization appraisals, contributing to employee growth and project success.

Simultaneously, I managed international procurement, building key manufacturer relationships and sourcing project quotations.I efficiently sourced quotations for Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for projects abroad, optimizing cost-efficiency and sourcing quality products for our MEP projects.
My meticulous approach to procurement played a pivotal role in our ability to acquire projects and made a profit of around 1, 000, 000AED in one of the projects.
As a Sales Executive in the generators industry, I excelled in delivering robust power solutions to clients across diverse sectors. My role encompassed client engagement, sales growth, and technical consultation.
