Key Responsibilities:
•Schedule and replenish inventory planning based on the demand forecast from domestic and export market in meeting the customer request in safe and efficient manner.
•Plan finished products at the right quantity to ensure that customer orders and stock days are met and achieved.
•Monitor and work closely with Toll Blenders and Suppliers to ensure inventory is optimized in meeting customer requirement.
•Coordinate all activities between Sales & Marketing and overseas counterpart for new initiatives through a robust MOC process Serve as the interface to the distributor partner on the LBM process.
•Liaise with suppliers for RM (Additive/Base Oil/Packaging) requirements and coordinate with suppliers on ensuring that all requirements are met for production plans.
•Work out plan for phase in-phase out of additives, liaising with Regional Procurement team and arranging for product trial blend before importing new additives.
•Ensures old additives are depleted before phasing in new product.
•Identification of Slow Moving and Obsolete Stocks and create a plan for reduction/re-use.
•Issuance of Purchase Orders as per the latest pricing updated from Regional Procurement SPA for all vendor related queries on payments status and invoice discrepancies for RM suppliers and toll blender.
•Creation of Purchase Orders/Credit and Debit notes (and obtaining approvals where required).
•Monitoring of RM spend vs. planned numbers and highlighting variances with reasons.
•Ensure that all pricing/stocks availability/ shipment detail enquiries are communicated to various stakeholders promptly.
•Ensure that supplier performance is monitored against SLAs and regular engagement sessions held to discuss KPIs.
•Monitor and manage supplier held inventories in line with demand and forecast variations.
•Preparation of performance reports for the Supply Chain team.
•Act as the point of contact between the Supply Chain and marketing function with the supplier related to packaging related queries.
•Support Customer Fulfillment Manager in engagements with EGPC as and when required for BO quota meetings.
•Ensure no accidents, no harm to people and no damage to the environment by adhering to all BP HSSE policies and standards.
Basic Function:
•Responsible for making and developing the monthly Production Plan and sets daily production target.
•Manages (Sales, Production, and Raw Material Planning) to achieve monthly Sales target on short term and long term basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Handles all interactions with Departments (Sales, Marketing and Finance) to understand demand forecast.
•Responsible for monitoring and confirming the sales orders delivery dates according to Production capacity.
•Creates the imported Finished Goods forecasts and follows up with Procurement team.
•Cooperates with Sales, Marketing and Production to prepare the Four months production plan.
•Reviews the Production and Sales progress on daily basis and works in accordance to ensure enhanced progress rates.
•Reviews and arranges export orders to ensure the products availability before shipping dates.
•Responsible for creating all analysis reports to insure the variance clarification between the actual and the planned production.
•Responsible for reviewing and approving all reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
•Supervises all forecasted activities associated with Sales and Production.
•Monitors and controls Finished Goods stock level as well as ensuring that stock is according to the Company regulations.

Production Planning Engineer
Lecico Egypt for Sanitary ware and Tiles is one of the biggest international company all over the world.
Main responsibilities:
• Plan and prepare production schedules for the manufacturing of sanitary ware products.
• Ensuring that these schedules and orders work together with any other required information is provided to manufacturing and all other concerned departments in the supply chain in order to ensure that customer specifications are met.
• Draw up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet order ship dates based on forecasts and or customer orders.
• Coordinate and follow up the flow of work and materials within or between departments based on the production schedule using various tools, database, meetings to determine status and compliance to schedule and formalizing the status by creating and maintaining progress reports relating to work status, inventory levels, costs, orders and production problems.
• Expedite directly with concerned parties within the complete organization when schedules are delayed, alters schedules based on information collected, prepares production status reports and will assist with implementing solutions by trouble shooting required materials, tools and equipment that are creating the delay.
• Primary customer interface with the company and handles the supply communications and maintains key performance indicators like on time delivery and so on with respect to order commitment and supply to customer.
