Overview:
Lead the global export operations for Luna’s wide product portfolio, including perfumes, eau de colognes, sun care products, makeup, and personal care items. I manage exclusive distributor partnerships across 13 countries, aligning sales, logistics, and market strategies. In 2024, I contributed to pushing Luna’s international export revenue beyond $1 million USD, reflecting tangible growth and successful global expansion.



Key Responsibilities:

International Markets & Clients:
• Oversee and manage exclusive agents and distributors across KSA, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, Rwanda, Kenya, Nigeria, Tunisia, Qatar, Romania, USA, and Colombia.
• Maintain direct relationships with key international clients


Operations & Supply Chain Management:
• Coordinate international logistics and freight operations to ensure timely, undamaged delivery.
• Manage Toll In and Toll Out supply chain models.
• Verify demand plans and align with production planning to ensure consistent supply.
• Monitor international inventory levels and initiate replenishments when required.
• Work closely with freight carriers, clearing agents, and logistics providers to maintain efficient export flows.


Business Development & Strategic Growth:
• Drive market expansion through product adaptation, localized branding, and digital collaboration with distributors.
• Identify and secure new client opportunities while continuously optimizing contract terms.
• Develop region-specific marketing and sales strategies to increase brand visibility and sales penetration.


Cross-Functional & Financial Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with internal departments (planning, finance, marketing, and production) to ensure seamless export operations.
• Prepare detailed financial reports covering international sales activity, margins, and cost analysis for management review.


Key Achievements:
• Achieved export revenue exceeding $1 million USD in 2024, driven by strong distributor performance and strategic supply planning.
• Strengthened Luna’s brand footprint across 13 global markets, establishing exclusive partnerships with major regional importers.
• Enhanced regional competitiveness by implementing targeted campaigns and supporting product launches through local distributors.

• Beauty World KSA 2023 - Exhibited Luna’s core and new product lines, building strong distributor leads in Saudi Arabia.
