As a Civil Engineer;
1. Attend the bidding conducted by the proponent.
2. Review documents and prepare project cost estimate.
3. Prepare work schedule using microsoft project software.
As a QC civil inspector;
1. Internal material receiving inspection prior to request for inspection of the PID.
2. Review documentation for the materials to be requested for inspection.
3. RFI entry at QMIS system for PID notification of inspection.
4. Perform inspection during construction (civil discipline) for standard and quality purposes.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a project engineer;
1. Project and manpower daily monitoring including sub-contractors.
2. Daily reporting to higher management for project updates.
3. Coordination to project proponent and attend the weekly progress meeting.
4. Prepare material listings required at site.
5. Coordination to procurement department to update the status of the requested materials.
6. Prepare shop drawings if necessary including redlines for as-built.
7. Perform surveying job if necessary.
