Senior IT Technical Support ( Makkah - Taif - Saudi airlines CTO Offices )
Handling All Technical Issues in 5 Locations And Taif Airport
L2 Support ( Desktop - Printers - Connction - Networking - Remote Support )
Daily Basis ( Backup - Servers - Ups )
IP Phone ( Installation - TroubleShooting )
Asset Management
Training Sessions

Knowledge of Switching Routing

Ability to manage Active Directory user, group, and computer account
