Management of all HR issues for 200 managers and employees.
Management all HR issues including but not limited to, disciplinary investigation reports, corporate induction, welfare, performance management, training, staff development and recruitment for 550 officers and crew on board ship.

Responsible for the security, management, training and development of inmates.
Managed 6 staff and all aspects of IT, personal, building and site security for 2 locations.
The management of 3 trainers to achieve the delivery of safety training to Network Rail employees at sites across the UK.
