Part Nasser Abdulla Lootah Group one of the earliest entrants in UAE’s
burgeoning sector, Emirates Natural Drinking Water was established in 1979
with the setting up of an intergraded plant for bottling Natural Mineral Water
in Al Fujairah and a 5-gallon water business under the name of Emirates
Water Factory in Dubai.
• Manage all aspects of the Distribution and Warehouse operations
for both Emirates Natural Drinking Water (PET bottle) and Emirates
Water Factory (5 Gallon) bottled water business.
• Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the
company’s policies and vision
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance
operations
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Initiate, coordinate & enforce optimal operational policies and
procedures
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
• Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies
• Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately, and appraise results
• Recruit, select, orient, coach, and motivate employees.
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status, near
to expiry & dead stock )
• Forecasts peak delivery periods and issues appropriate work
assignments.
• Schedule pickup, delivery, and distribution of products and
materials.
• Manage a fleet size of 70 vehicles, develop strategies for greater fuel
efficiency, focus on planning driving routes,
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle fuel consumption, servicing and
inspection

Monthly Night Manager Duty to oversee complete night operations from loading till dispatch and dock schedule for vehicles as required.
Manage all aspects of a field team of 50 from training, area allocation, performance appraisals, leave planning and absenteeism, etc

• Managed the Distribution Department as its head of operations, supervising a staff of 50 people
• Managing the operations and delivery schedules in all Emirates (except Abu Dhabi) Inclusive of but not limited to Mapping out routes for deliveries
• Negotiating and sourcing Suppliers for the delivery of Production related material such as bottles, bottle caps and packing material, etc.
• Responsible for maintenance, upkeep and service of all delivery vehicles and company cars, namely including Service of all vehicles, negotiating rates with Rental companies, advertising and Brand Awareness on all delivery vehicles
• Manage all HR-related affairs of the Distribution Department.
• Responsible for stock correction and stock updates daily.
• Coordinating with the Sales, Marketing and Production Departments to achieve monthly quarterly and yearly targets
Manager - Goods Receiving
• Responsible for the Goods Receiving Department as its head of operations.
• Managing the operations and delivery schedules
• Coordinating with Department Managers and Floor Managers for intake of stocks not under the scheduled list.
• Working with Administrative and Logistic Control for issue of in-house generated Purchase Orders
• Responsible for stock correction and stock update.
• Negotiating with Suppliers for the delivery of goods and return of damaged stocks.
• Supervision of staff of 30 people in the Goods Receiving Department.
Achievements:
• Played a Key role during the launch of its distribution centers in India
• Successfully set up an efficient Goods Receiving operations system
• Chosen to specifically undergo an on the job training program in the UK for 1 month.
• In-charge of the supervision of staff of 25 people for the processed food department.
• Responsible for the timely dispatch of goods to all store location.
• In charge of supervision of all goods received and dispatched.
• Generation of weekly stock report.
• Responsible for coordination with suppliers and merchandisers.
• In charge of conducting monthly stock checks and reconciliation.
• Also responsible for the supervision of other departments such as Non Food
• Grocery and Staples, Fruit and Vegetables.
Achievements:
• Awarded the ACE CHAMPIONSHIP AWARD (Fruit and Vegetable Department) for single handedly handling the SANTE FESTIVAL where goods worth 8.5 metric tones were dispatched to the stores at no extra cost to the company.
• Responsible for Statutory Audit of Public Limited Companies and Bank.
• Responsible for Internal Auditing.
• In-charge of maintaining books to finalization of companies.
• In-charge of coordinating with the Bombay, Karur and Bangalore branches for incoming stock.
• Responsible for the supervision of staff of over 20 people at the company warehouse.
• In-charge of Customer Service, Arranging stock for buyers.
• Liaison with tax office.
• Responsible for accounting of general expenses.
• In-charge of correspondence, weekly updating of stock reports and also for compilation of half yearly and annual stock reports
