• Global Security Operational Management of Security Providers; Over 9 different providers with an annual value over $75 million.
• Provide efficient and effect support, guidance and direction to Supreme core business.
• Analyse, Review & Implement procedures to safe guard the well being of supreme employees and company assets.
• Analyse, Review & Implement procedures to prevent loss within the 5 business units.
• Plan, manage and develop the security enhancements and transition to the new Afghan Personal Protection Force (APPF) a Government security initiative/programme to improve the economy of Afghanistan.
• Bid preparation for new and existing tenders.
• Development of crisis management and emergency response plans.
• Mediate between business units to prevent unnecessary wastage.

• Liaison Officer with the Provincial Governor, Government Officials, ISAF & USAID within my areas of responsibility. Developing strong working relationships with these key stakeholders in order to successfully deliver the project.

Terminal Manager at Oryx Projects

Oryx Projects is a Global logistics provider which is contracted by Maersk Group to setup and operate a container terminal/logistics hub in Afghanistan for the storage and distribution of US Military commodities, a contract worth $2 billion.

Selected Responsibilities:

• Building a container yard/logistics hub in Kabul, replicated in the US Military bases in Bagram and Kandahar, with a working budget of $8.5 million to complete the project.
• Management of the two major contracts for Maersk Line Limited - US Military and Supreme Foods Services both contracts valued at over $2 billion.
• Management of the supply chain/routes within Afghanistan for Maersk Line Limited ensuring the US Military and Supreme Food Services received their consignments within the required delivery date.
• Provide efficient and effect security measures and procedure for the terminal, offices, warehouses and distribution points in Kabul, KAF & BAF.
• Accounts management - Oversee the annual budget, manage the procurement and expenditure keeping an audit trail and relevant documents for asset management and audit purposes.
• Producing, implementing and managing the company Standard Operating Procedures for Administration/Finance, Security, Operations and Assets.
