Currently managing up to 100 staff including shift managers, production team leaders and operatives to deliver a food approved material to be made into packaging for customers such as Coca Cola, Britvic & GSK.

• Increased production in the sorting facility from 100, 000 to 140, 000 tonnes per year.

Production Manager - AWS Ecoplastics (July 2009 - March 2011)
AWS Ecoplastics is the largest plastic bottle recycling company in Europe, converting used plastic bottles into food-approved pellet. Since working with AWS as Production Manager I have improved line efficiencies from 45% OE to an average of 60% OE, with the aim of hitting a target of 85%. I have both implemented and further developed the recording of downtime and the staffs knowledge and awareness of Continuous Improvement.

• Increased production of RPET pure 78 to an average of 40+ tonnes per day
• Developed Continuous Improvement tools
• Set new KPI's and production targets

Production Manager - Dairy Farmers of Britain (April 2003 - July 2009)
Produced 300, 000 litres of milk and cream per day, for high profile customers such as Tesco's, Co-operative and Brakes.

• Restructured the factory shift system, increasing daily production capacity by 50, 000 litres whilst making overtime savings of 100hrs+ per week

• Increased OEE by 20% across production department through using modern Harford control technology
