AWS Ecoplastics is the largest plastic bottle recycling company in Europe, converting used plastic bottles into food-approved pellet. Since working with AWS as Production Manager I have improved line efficiencies from 45% OE to an average of 60% OE, with the aim of hitting a target of 85%. I have both implemented and further developed the recording of downtime and the staffs knowledge and awareness of Continuous Improvement.
