• Oversee bidding department and review all bids.

• Troubleshooting problem areas and resolving problems by working in close cooperation with company's divisions and with the help of good coordination of sales team.
• Manage all financial and accounting activities for East Region, consisting of 17 states and nine districts.
• Continually meeting with sales force to focus on business growth by soliciting numerous and profitable packages for clients.
• Traveled frequently throughout territories to establish controls and ensure full compliance with UPC reporting and accounting procedures
• Supervised personnel; i.e., payroll, schedules, inventory, turnover analysis, A/P and A/R and oversee monthly financial statements.

• Responsibilities include maintaining the general ledger, overseeing A/P, A/P, payroll, bank statements and general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, preparation of financial statements and budget reconciliations in coordination with the Development department.
