Conduct site inspection.
Conduct accident and incident investigation.
Conduct toolbox talks/meetings with the workforce.
Conduct Risk Assessment and implement administrative and engineering control measures.
Site safety inspection through checklist prepared.
Prepare safety Reports on regular basis, monthly, weekly, and the progress of the work.
Formulate recommendation to the top management on the procurement of new plants and equipment to expedite the work.
Conduct trainings with the workforce on safe scaffolding, handling of hazardous chemicals, flammable items, welding/hot works and safe lifting operation
Formulate plans, coordinates and provides company wide safety program and manage its implementation.
Compile environmental regulations and standards.
Monitor activities pertaining to the installation or construction of pollution source and control facilities with the end in view of ensuring their compliance with the air, noise and water quality standards.
Supervise the proper operation and maintenance of pollution control facilities of the company and its projects.
Handle the enforcement/implementation of environmental protection and pollution control laws, rules and regulations.
Provides technical assessment and advice to other corporate work sites.
Trains and assess employees on accident prevention, first aid and sanitation.
Review and reports technical and quality related issues and fixes in a timely manner and makes recommendations for corrective actions pertaining to quality problems.
Cooperate with other top management personnel in formulating and establishing site specific policies, operating procedures, and goals pertaining to maintaining or exceeding customer quality requirements.
