Project Description:
• Scope of Work: Extending on a land area of (46, 068 m²), the project encompasses a five-star hotel including a basement, ground, and two upper floors on a footprint area of (5, 100 m²) and with a total BUA of (20, 400 m²), in addition to a destination restaurant with an area of (340 m²) and a pool deck with an area of (150 m²).
• Client: Emaar Misr for Developments (S.A.E).

Responsibilities:
• Reviewing and studying project documents such as Bill of Quantities “BOQ”, drawings, specifications, schedules, contracts, and tender documents to be able to identify and get a list of required materials “Material List”.
• Receiving / Submitting Material Submittal “MTS” in line with the approved vendor list and as per the department standards and follow up with the technical office to check with project specs to submit for approval by the Consultant.
• Contacting with suppliers / subcontractors for any clarifications required and handling sending it to the client from the material point of view for study and review, selection, approval.
• Seeking Requests for Quotations “RFQ” from suppliers / subcontractors.
• Negotiating PO’s / subcontracts terms with suppliers / subcontractors to obtain optimum quality, cost, terms, etc.
