- Assisting and support our Project Managers to resolve projects issues that may affect our solution delivery and sway smooth
execution of the schedule.

- Responsible for leading projects to develop and recommend scalable solutions and ensure that initiatives support customers’ vision
- Developing Acceptance criteria for the Project which is tailored based on the Project Nature.
- Upgrading communication networks and providing technical support and training for employees or customers who use these
systems.\
- Handle post-sale activities for network and UC solution, all implementation phases and support by follow-up Project progress,
determine changes and manage them.

- Problem Management provides expert support for the restoration and permanent resolution of repetitive problems in operations.
