Company is a general contractor for Tank Maintance Project in TOTAL Rafinderij Anwerpen responsible for reconstruction, repair of oil storage tanks according to scopes predefined by client. Reporting to Project Manager I am supervising group of 10-15 welders and subcontractors responsible for painting, civil works and NDE examinations.
Main responsibilities:
QC activities are carried out in the field by welding spot check (ie.: review of quality implementation, review of subcontractor NDT examinations)
NDE inspections during erection
Coordinate of NDE teams - RT, MT and UT
Managing welders and welding activities
Contact with client (TOTAL)
Preparation and control of quality documentation
Verifying compliance of documentation according to API 650, API 653, EEMUA and TOTAL specifications
Managing and publishing non-conformities and corrective actions
Managing non-conformities
Main achievements:
- Reduced number of rejected result of inspection to less than 5%
- Keeping deadlines for delivery of final documentation due to good document control
Company is a major supplier from Energy Industry sector. As QA/QC Specialist I was reporting to QA/QC Menager and was responsible for supervising international team of welders (12-16 welders) working on pipelines for Polish LNG Terminal.

Coordinate of NDE teams - RT, PT and FN
Preliminary evaluation of RT films

Estabilished good relationship with client representative(Saipem) and third party(Atkins, TDT)
Keeping deadlines for delivery of final documentation due to good document control
Ensure proper quality of work due to verification process of new welders
Company was responsible for realization of whole electrical part of Olkiluoto 3 Nuclear Power Plant project. As a QC Assistant I was reporting to QC Manager.

I was part of a team responsible for development and implementation of new data base used by QC department. Due to this fact time for reporting decreased by 50% also availability of all department related information increased.
