•Independently led projects/ work-streams:
•Implemented the newly developed operating model for a sovereign wealth fund’s core division and developed the necessary tools to enhance the day to day operations.
•Re-structured core business operations (mandates, policies, processes) for sovereign wealth fund’s portfolio company governance, PMO, stakeholder management, real estate investments.
•Advised major retail player in the region on IPO readiness as part of an organization-wide operations transformation (incl. PSM, and capex optimization).
•Finance function efficiency diagnostic for a leading holding group and its subsidiaries in the UAE.
•Holistic transformation for a leading global hospitality group, which included operating model design, set-up of the board governance architecture, and the performance management landscape.
•Re-designed PMO for a leading telecommunications company in the GCC (operating model, planning and impact tracking mechanism).
•Identified top 25-30 risks for a large family business in the GCC including investment structure and operations.
•Worked on cross-industry business development initiatives
•Developed proposals (including financials and team deployment structures).
