I have hands on experience in process Operations of the following units.
Separators:
Operation 2 Phase / 3 phase separators. Level, Pressure checking, Flow Checking, Changing the orifice of gas lines, Operation of orifice chambers and test separators. Well diversion. Main fold operation, well chock bean operation (fixed & adjustable) water and oil flow meter O checking Stock Checking, Operation of PVC, LCV, and FCV in field operation and sampling of oil, water, gas and chemicals.
Valves and Switches:
Handling of pressure control valves (PCV), Level Control Valves (LCV), Flow Control Valves (FCV), Blow Down Valves(BDV), Shut Down Valve(SDV), Pressure Safety Valves (PSV) and auto drain valves, Pressure switches (PSL & PSLL), Level Switches(LSL & LSLL)
Glycol gas dehydration:
ABSORBTION
Removing moisture from the natural gas by using TEG.
Coalesce separator, glycol conductor and Overhead scrubber. Regenerating the rich glycol.
Well heads operation:
Routine checkup of well head and monitoring the FTHP, STHP, CHP.
Well versed with the operation of Well Head Control Panel (WHCP).
Opening and closing of wells. Smooth lining up of wells to station, well activation through separators.
Hands on experience and trouble free operation of hydraulic operated X-Mas tree valves such as SSSV, SSV and choke valve operation.
Well equalizing, annulus pressure bleeding, safety valve testing, well head sampling, well work pressure recording
