Manpower Planning for North Oman. Recruitment of National employees at the worker, staff and managerial levels. Liaison with central HR (Hague) for cross posting of National and Expat employees. Developing job family models and identification of corresponding career ladders. Recommending appropriate benefits, rewards and compensation schemes in conjunction with central HR. Research and implement of Training and Development plans based on needs assessment for Engineers and Technicians (includes on the job training modules). Organize and implement a mentoring program to enhance job performance (teaming up new hires with experienced staff via a competency based monitored scheme). Review / modify the manpower and training policies for North Oman. Manage budget allocations.
