Duties, Responsibilities and Qualifications:
• Hiring and managing team members to support company growth
• Provide mentoring and leadership for the Sales Engineers
• Assess the Sales Engineers individually and provide career growth advice
• Conduct employee reviews to ensure the team receives sufficient feedback
• Manage demo equipment used by the Senior Sales Directors team
• Manage and create budgets for the Sales Engineering team
• Ensure any tools and/or training needed to support the team’s growth are put in place
• Ensure the technical needs of the Sales team are met.
• Strong understanding of the video surveillance and access control markets
• Self-motivated and focused individual with a passion for technology and an aptitude for customer satisfaction

covers Content Delivery Networks (CDN), Security and IP video
broadcasting from a sales engineering perspective by conducting customer meetings, presentations, identifying existing needs and offering suitable
solutions based on a wide range of products:
o Live Internet Streaming, Video On-Demand and Encoding
o Website Acceleration/Front-end Optimization
o Hosting & Managed Security Services
o Content Management System
o Content Delivery Network (CDN)
o DDOS Protection & Mitigation
a) Managing team members:

3)Teaching and knowledge sharing
b) Coordinating with the Presales team leader:

Product Research: scope includes reading and learning about new products; sharing information

Worked as a Satellite News Gathering Operator. Installing and Setting up Tandberg Communication Systems (Modulators, Amplifiers, and Dishes) offering broadcasting services for foreign TV stations that do not have a local presence.
3-month contract with Riedel Communications. Worked on CATV/SMATV/Wired Comm. and Fiber optic connections for the Asian Olympic Games in Doha (ASIAD) offering live broadcasting to other TV stations and implementing a fiber-ring based communication system between referees, scoring rooms and judges.
