suppliers to resolve them.
- Participating in regular Business Continuity Planning (BCP) testing and ensuring
the business's ability to manage processes without disruptions to systems.
- Implementing and deploying Learning Management Systems and Solutions for
organizations in Lebanon and internationally.
- Managing Local Networking, including configuring Switches & Routers,
implementing Voice over IP, handling cabling, and configuring Network Security
devices.
- Administering network components using Visual Studio.
- Handling SQL database queries proficiently.
- Setting up PBX central systems for efficient communication.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing system and network problems both on-site
and off-site.
