-Monitoring and verifying all kinds of transfers (internal & external), certified & draft checks, CD’s, TD’s.
-Preparing daily, monthly and yearly reports required by other departments and/or external authorized organization.
- Responsible for the snap check each month.
- Ensure the timely distribution of incoming mail to support branch teams in dealing with customer requests regarding operation work
-Work cross functionally with the key service providers to ensure seamless service to our customers.
- Super user for the core application system.
- Monitoring and analyzing tellers productivity
- Understanding of work relevant legislation e.g. KYC, money Laundering, service standards, health and safety standards.
Risk & Control Assessor for Assiut, Minia & Sohag Branches.
• Monitor & communicate any new procedures (Cash & Operations) for my area.
• Conduct regular training sessions for my focal point on Bank Manual, a/m new procedures and new regulations.
* Performing RCA test quarterly audit.
• Conducting RCA (Risk Control Assessment) at the assigned branches each quarter which is required from Emerging Market & GRCB.
• In which, all risks the branch is subject to are assessed by checking all the controls (actions/procedures to help reduce vulnerability to the defined risk) to evaluate whether it is operating effectively or not, using testing procedures as sampling, observation and interviewing employees.
• Raising reports to ORM department (Operational Risk Management) and Regional Managers (retail and operations) by the test results/findings including tester recommendation.
• Testing individuals' compliance with controls to determine whether policies and procedures established by management are being followed.
• Examination and evaluation of the reliability and integrity of financial and operating information and the means used to identify, classify and report the information.
• Examination and evaluation of the effective and efficient use of the Org. resources.
• Reviewing the means used to safeguard assets and verifying the existence of those assets as appropriate.
-Marketing and selling all the bank products “Cross Selling”
-Open and process all kinds of account, loans applications, internal transfers and standing orders,
-Issuing check books.
-Process all kinds of transfers (internal & external), certified & draft checks, CD’s, TDs, letters of guarantee, and documentary collections, LCs.
-Preparing daily, monthly and yearly reports required by other departments and/or external authorized organization.
