Sole Agent at Egypt for English Company dealing with Nortel PABXs systems and Spare Parts.
Providing Support contracts for different entities and premises for their existing telecommunication systems (Voice System).
Offering Voice over IP Solutions.
Preparing technical and financial offers for selling Voice Solutions for different factories and companies .
Designing and implementing WIFI solution for Resorts
-Designing and implementing sound systems, fire alarm, CCTV systems and security systems for residential apartments and villas.
Site Manager at “Pharaohs Of 6th October Company”
-Managing different teams consisting of Site Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians and Labors.
-Supporting in supplying necessary equipments and tools required for the site.
Planning projects' time schedule and implementation milestones as per project scope.
-Delivering related supplies for each site as per scheduled time.

-Monitoring invoices or payments delivered to related authorities

-Managing Electro-Mechanical Projects including (Budget control, leading maintenance team(s), Supply Chain).
Ensuring proper execution of all Projects.
Establishing maintenance department which is responsible for general lighting contracts (staffing, tenders revision, technical and financial proposal presentation, preventive maintenance plan, emergency plan, Risk Management plan and procedures, financial issues .)
Designing Telephone networks for residential compounds and supervising its implementation,
Managing OHTL projects Medium and low voltage projects 25 Million EGP.
Managing Medium voltage and Light current projects for residential compounds, from the initiative phase till closure, applying project management procedures.
Reviewing monthly financial statements and annual budget with the CFO.

Responsibilities and duties:
-Supervising installation of telephone networks (Copper and fiber optic cables) cabinets and distribution boxes from MDF till Houses.
-Drawing As-Built for the installed networks for accomplished work using AutoCAD program.
-Handling projects’ closure procedure with the supervising authorities (Telecom Egypt.)
-Supervising Technicians and Labors, using available resources during assigned projects’ implementation.
Telecommunication Engineer at “CUHTC - Cairo University Faculty of Engineering”
Responsibilities and duties:
-Renewing and maintaining the existing telephone network of the faculty of Engineering.
-Maintaining the Nortel PABXs of faculty of Engineering and its programming and upgrade from SL-1 to Option 11C including hardware maintenance of the PABX.
-Managing the project of linking Faculty's premises PABX at Giza (NORTEL) and Sheikh Zayed City Branch with its existing PABX (MITEL), through Telecom Egypt.
