• Prepared material submittals and method statements as per the project specifications,
authority requirements, and company procedures.
• Reviewed and prepared the shop drawings of the pump stations, networks and manholes
of irrigation, firefighting, potable water, sewerage and storm water systems, sewage
treatment plant STP, along with their MEP systems and compliance with contract
documents and authorities’ requirement (FEWA, FM, FCD...)
• Reviewed and prepared the engineering work for FEWA project, DI 800 mm pipes(PW)
and GRP 400 mm pipes (IRR), and redirected all the site work, inspections and factory
visits as per FEWA requirements, specifications and regulations.
• Arranged with the consultant to solve any technical issue or mismatching to expedite
the approval process
• Coordinated and supervised all mechanical material and equipment procurements, as
well as aiding the accounting department with commercial works related to suppliers
and subcontractors.
• Provided support to the site team members as required
• Assisted the Project Manager in pricing and negotiating changes to the scope of work
with the client and subcontractors.
• Conducted and controlled field meetings as well as followed up subcontractor’s progress
to ensure a proper advancement is achieved.
• Coordinated with management to organize and implement customer service strategic
plans.
• Estimated projects cost on a competitive base and arranging quotations and AMCs
accordingly.
• Increased client database, seek for potential customers, follow up with quotations,
annual maintenance contracts deal and answer queries.

of work to the construction manager.
• Arranged and forecasted of work force, supervising material order, tools and
machineries as per the project manager instructions as well as the project requirements.
• Followed up with the construction team to complete the project as per target program
and budget.
• Assured the smooth running of the project, tracked and controlled on material and labor
output utilization of site resources effectively, ensured safety and quality as per the
company standards.
